Author Terms
This statement was last updated on [9/27/2026].
© [2026] [RichStorm LLC]. All rights reserved
These Author Terms (“Terms”) apply to research articles, analyses, commentary, and other written content (“Content”) submitted by individual authors (“Authors”) for publication on RichStorm.co, operated by RichStorm LLC (“RichStorm”).
By accepting these Terms and subsequently submitting Content to RichStorm for publication, you agree to the following.
1. Authorship and Originality
You confirm that you are the author of the Content you submit and that, to the best of your knowledge, the Content does not infringe the copyright, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party.
If your Content incorporates quotations, data, figures, images, tables, or other third-party materials, you are responsible for ensuring that their use is appropriately cited and legally permitted.
If any portion of the Content has previously been published elsewhere, you should disclose this to RichStorm when submitting the article.
2. Accuracy and Source Verification
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their submitted work.
By submitting Content, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge and after reasonable verification:
-
factual statements are accurate;
-
data and numerical information are represented accurately;
-
quotations and citations are attributed appropriately;
-
references correspond to the sources relied upon;
-
time-sensitive information has been checked for current status as of the time of submission; and
-
the Content does not intentionally omit or misrepresent information in a way that would materially mislead readers.
RichStorm may review submitted Content but is not responsible for independently verifying every fact, source, citation, or reference before publication.
3. Use of AI Tools
RichStorm permits Authors to use artificial intelligence tools to assist with research, brainstorming, analysis, drafting, editing, or other aspects of the writing process.
Use of AI does not transfer responsibility for the Content to the AI provider or to RichStorm.
Authors remain responsible for reviewing the final submission and independently verifying factual claims, data, quotations, citations, references, and sources. AI-generated information or citations should not be relied upon without appropriate verification.
By submitting an article under your name, you confirm that you have reviewed the final work and are comfortable being identified publicly as its author.
Nothing in these Terms grants RichStorm the right to license an Author's Content for training third-party artificial intelligence models. Any such use would require a separate agreement with the Author.
4. Copyright and Publication License
Authors retain ownership of the copyright in their original Content.
By submitting Content that RichStorm accepts for publication, you grant RichStorm LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, display, format, distribute, archive, and promote the Content through RichStorm.co and RichStorm-related communication and promotional channels.
Because this license is non-exclusive, you remain free to use, share, republish, or otherwise make use of your own work, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
Any rights not expressly granted to RichStorm under these Terms remain with the Author.
5. Editorial and Formatting Rights
RichStorm may make reasonable non-substantive editorial changes necessary for publication, including:
-
formatting and layout;
-
spelling, grammar, and typographical corrections;
-
headings and presentation;
-
Key Takeaways formatting;
-
excerpts and article descriptions;
-
SEO titles, metadata, and keyword selection;
-
images and visual presentation;
-
reference formatting;
-
internal links and categorization; and
-
other changes related to website presentation and publication consistency.
RichStorm will not intentionally make a material change to an Author's substantive analysis, conclusions, or stated opinions without consulting the Author.
RichStorm may request revisions when clarification, additional sourcing, or correction is necessary before publication.
6. Author Attribution and Profile Information
Contributor-authored articles are generally identified as:
Published by RichStorm.co
The Author's chosen name will be displayed separately as the author of the article.
Authors may also choose to provide a short professional biography and a link to a professional profile, such as LinkedIn, for inclusion in an ABOUT THE AUTHOR section.
Providing a biography or external profile link is optional. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the professional information they provide is accurate and appropriate for public display.
7. References and Sources
Authors should provide sufficient references to support material factual claims and analysis.
RichStorm generally publishes references as bibliographic citations and may remove external hyperlinks as part of its standard formatting.
Removal of a hyperlink does not change the Author's responsibility to ensure that the underlying reference accurately supports the statement for which it is cited.
8. Corrections and Updates
If you become aware after submission or publication of a material factual error, inaccurate citation, source problem, rights issue, or significant change that makes part of the article materially misleading, please notify RichStorm promptly.
RichStorm may correct, update, annotate, archive, or remove published Content when reasonably necessary to maintain the accuracy, integrity, or operation of the publication.
When a proposed correction would materially alter the Author's analysis or conclusion, RichStorm will make reasonable efforts to consult the Author.
9. Publication Decisions
Submission of Content does not guarantee publication.
RichStorm retains editorial discretion over whether, when, and where submitted Content is published and how it is presented on the platform.
RichStorm may decline a submission that does not fit the platform's research focus, quality standards, sourcing expectations, or publication needs.
10. Compensation and Relationship
Unless separately agreed in writing, submission and publication of Content under these Terms does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or other employment-like relationship between the Author and RichStorm.
Unless separately agreed in writing, publication of contributed Content does not create an obligation for RichStorm to provide compensation.
Authors should not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of RichStorm solely because their work has been published on RichStorm.co.
11. Future Submissions
You generally need to accept these Terms only once.
After you have accepted them, each future submission to RichStorm will be treated as your confirmation that the representations and responsibilities in these Terms apply to that submission, including your responsibility for authorship, accuracy, source verification, and third-party rights.
If RichStorm materially updates these Terms, existing Authors may be asked to review and accept the revised version before additional Content is published.
12. Acceptance
By submitting an article or other Content to RichStorm for consideration or publication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the RichStorm Author Terms.
Submission of Content constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and your confirmation that the representations and responsibilities described in these Terms apply to the submitted Content.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit Content to RichStorm for publication.
